Learning from previous experience, we have developed our own specifications to prepare wines before bottling. We have identified all critical points to ensure the quality and optimum preservation of wines. Every batch of wine is analyzed before and after bottling. Our bottling lines are certified IFS and BRC. We also make sure the day of delivery to our plant that the wine is compliant with tasted samples
